No insurance? No problem. Our in-house dental membership lets you save on the preventive care you need. For $245 per year (about $20 per month), you’ll get:
- Two oral exams and teeth cleanings per year
- All necessary diagnostic x-rays
- 20% off all other treatments except for Botox, orthodontics, and teeth whitening

Do you accept my insurance?

Dr. Lauren Primiano's dental office accepts most PPO insurances. We do not accept HMOs or Medicaid. We are in-network with many plans under the Delta Dental, Careington, and Connection Dental Networks. If you are unsure whether Dr. Lauren Primiano is in-network, please contact your insurance company directly by phone and provide Dr. Primiano's name and current address. We recommend calling the insurance company directly, as many insurance company websites may not be up to date or accurate.
What does my insurance cover?
Every dental plan is different. We do our best to provide accurate information from your insurance company by offering treatment plans with monetary estimates. For a more precise estimate, a pre-determination can be filed with the patient's insurance. Please note that it may take several weeks for the insurance company to respond to a pre-determination request. Dental plans are contracts between the insurance company and the patient or the patient's employer, so not all information may be available to the providing dentist.
Do you have a program for patients without insurance?
Dr. Primiano offers a Dental Savings Plan for patients who do not have insurance. The plan includes 2 cleanings, 2 exams, routine X-rays, and a 20% discount on restorative treatment per year. Some restrictions apply. Please contact the office for more details.
Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, we only offer payment plans for orthodontic procedures. However, we do accept CareCredit, which may be helpful for patients who need to make payments.
